As Food Connect operates a little differently to other organisations, we like to have a conversation with you and guide you through the first 6 box subscription. Once we have discussed your first order and received payment, we then figure that you understand how we work, and you can then place your own orders and make payments online. (We are also happy to keep on communicating by phone or email.)
To get access to our account online:
Give us a call on 07 3216 7777, send an email to info[at]foodconnect[dot]com[dot]au or use the contact form to let us know you would like to access to your account online.
We will send you your login username (usually your email address) and a temporary password.
Use the button on the top right hand side of the website to log in.
The first time you log in, change the temporary password to something you will more easily remember. Passwords must be 8 characters long and must contain at least one digit.
You will then be able to view, make, amend and delete orders up to midday on the day before your delivery is due.
Payments can be made online by using a Visa or Mastercard credit card. The minimum transaction value is $40 to help us cover bank charges.
If you need to make a payment of less than $40, you can do this by calling the office or by direct debit. Alternatively, you can put $40 into your Food Connect account and use the rest of the money towards future orders.
