How do I pay?

Payment for Food Connect orders must be made at the time of ordering, and must be received by the cut-off time for the product ordered (e.g. boxes must be ordered and paid for by noon the day before delivery. Other ordering and payment cut-off times apply for groceries and extras as necessary). This helps us to support our farmers, as unlike most other places, we pay the farmers the week they send us the food! We accept these payment methods:

Allow 3 working days for the transfer to reach our account.
Remember that payments must be received by the cut-off time for the product ordered for us to send out your order.
Branch deposit At a Westpac Bank branch convenient to you. Ensure you put your customer reference number as the reference or we won’t know who the money is from. You can find out your customer reference number by calling or emailing the office.
Allow 3 working days for the transfer to reach our account.
Cheque or Money Order Make payable to “Food Connect” and send to our office. Allow 10 working days for processing.

** Credit Union Customers
If you bank with a credit union there may be problems with Westpac’s BSB number the first time you try to make a deposit. Please contact your credit union’s helpdesk, mention this to them and they will update their database.
