How do I make or amend subsequent box orders?

Easy! Up to midday on the day before your delivery is due, you can either:

  • log in to your online account using the button above and make changes yourself:
    • To add a product to your order – go to to the “add product subscription” link at the left of the dashboard
    • To change your order for a particular item on a particular week, click on the underlined number opposite the box or product name
    • To postpone or delete all orders in any week, click on the underlined week number at the top of the dashboard
  • contact us by phone on 07 3216 7777; or
  • send us a message with the details of your changes.

If any extra payment is required, we will ask you to make it straight away, and if a credit is due, we will usually put it towards your next order. Please note – the minimum payment value for online orders is $40, to help us cover the transaction fees. There is no minimum value for orders placed over the phone.

We try to keep our system as flexible as possible so that you get the box that suits you each week. We recommend placing orders for at least 6 boxes at a time, but setting a longer term order is best for us and the farmers for crop planning. Remember, you can always skip a box or change your order rather than having food go to waste.
