We try to keep you informed as to where you are with your subscription in several ways:
When you have one box left in your subscription, we will send you a reminder email.
When you have no more boxes to be delivered, we will then send you another reminder email.
When your subscription has run out, we then send you a final reminder email. We also send you an SMS or give you a quick call the day before you are about to miss a delivery so you don’t miss out and go hungry.
You can also log in to your online account to check the progress of your subscription yourself on your dashboard.
