What if my box is not there?

If you go to your City Cousin and there are no products waiting for you, there are a couple of possible explanations:

  • there is no order on our system for you for that week. Please call the office on 07 3216 7777 to find out if your subscription has run out, or check your account online.
  • we have not received payment for your order. Before we send out any produce, we require payment to have reached our office and to have been recorded, so it is important (especially if you are paying by cheque or direct debit) to allow enough time for this – 3 business days for direct debit transfers and 10 business days for cheque payments.
  • an extra product has been added to your order and payment has not been received for it. In this situation our ordering system will automatically postpone your whole order for that week onto the next week.
  • we’ve messed up! Although we try our best, we are human, and sometimes errors occur. Please give us a call on 07 3216 7777 or an email and we will be happy to fix things up.
